We require up to date proof of your pet’s vaccines (emailed, or photocopied).
Cancellations and No Shows
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Our groomers work on commission, and time is reserved specifically for your dog’s grooming. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or a no-show will result in a $20.00 fee applied to your next scheduled appointment.
Refusal
Our groomers have the right to refuse a dog if the dog is extremely aggressive or if the groomer feels their safety is at risk.
